Problem

Everyday, millions of Indians enjoy food from local carts and stalls. But behind the irresistible taste, lies a silent threat, lack of hygiene!

customers lack reliable signals of hygiene, leading to low trust and lost footfall.

Vendors often don’t have standard SOPs, training, or clear ways to collect and act on customer feedback.

Existing solutions are fragmented: customers get no easy proof of safety, vendors can’t show real-time hygiene status, and regulators lack transparent records.

Avoidable food-borne illness risk, unstable sales for vendors, and a poor customer experience.

Solution

Hi Jin is a single app that connects customers and street-food vendors: customer shows the coupon to vendor and the vendor scans it, customers can also see vendor’s hygiene score. They consist ratings, hygiene score and collects structured feedback, making it easy to try new stalls while giving vendors measurable demand signals.

Key Benefits

Customer: Clean, safer food + convenience –  verified hygiene scores, one-tap scanning, and discount coupons make choosing and trying vendors simple, affordable, and low-risk.

Vendor: More sales & stronger reputation – coupons drive trial that converts into repeat customers; Hi Jin certification and feedback boost goodwill and measurable revenue growth.

What Do We Do

  • Hi Jin fills the gap between Trust and Taste. vendors need more customers and customer needs a place where they can eat without any fear of health issues.
  • Hi Jin provides a free coupon in it’s app with a balance of rs.50 to customer in return of which they have to download the App.
  • A unique code is inbuilt in each coupon that can be redeemed only once in any food cart which has Hi Jin verified stamp.
  • After redeeming the coupon, If the customer fills the feedback form (involve the checklist mentioned in SOP given to vendor, ratings and customer has to upload the photo or video of the option not ticked in the checklist) through the app, he/she will get one more free coupon.
  • If a cart gets 2 or less than 2 ratings more than 5 times, it is blacklisted
  • This creates an ecosystem between vendors and hygiene.
